Traverse Area library announces changes (Traverse City Record-Eagle)

TRAVERSE CITY — Big changes are in store for Traverse Area District Library patrons. Starting Monday the library will abolish rental fees, extend loan periods, allow borrowers to renew materials more times, and increase overdue fees.
