LANSING — Lansing motorists this weekend will notice changes in traffic lights on Saginaw Street, officials said. Traffic signals on M-43/Saginaw Street at Butler Boulevard and at Chicago Street in Lansing will begin flashing Saturday, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation.
