LANSING Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm has ordered that U.S. flags be flown at half-staff to honor a soldier from Traverse City who died in Afghanistan on Feb. 5. Flags are to be lowered for 22-year-old Army Sgt. Dillon B. Foxx on Friday, the same day as his funeral service in Traverse City.
